1: Roadmap of Labor 0-10cm 
4 Stages of Labor What does labor look like? What can we expect? What are comfort measures we can do at each stage?
2: Are We Educated? 
Medical & natural options during labor and delivery Pain management, inductions, cervical checks, failure to progress (aka wait), etc, B.R.A.I.N. to make decisions
3: Creating Space
Making more room in our bodies for baby to feel safe and comfortable enough to engage in the pelvis in THEIR best position for birth. Spinning Babies is NOT about flipping the baby, it’s about keeping your uterus & ligaments supple
4: What To Expect In The Hospital
Triage, staff, your doctor, advocating for your birth preferences, role of doula, bishop score
5: Postpartum, The 4th Trimester
Things no one talks about, sweating, sleep, sex, breastfeeding
 
Once purchased, you will receive a link in your email to all 5 videos with handouts and resources for each video. After watching, you will also be able to schedule a 60 minute phone call with me to go over any questions you have from things you learned.
