Q: How do I purchase prints?
A: If after your session you would like prints, those are available for purchase directly through the gallery. I do not work with companies such as Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, etc. If you choose to print from those providers, I do not guarantee the quality, and I cannot assist you with your order. I will provide assistance to order items through my gallery.
Q: What if I like more than 10 images?
A: If you would like to purchase all the images in your gallery, it is an additional $300 . I will send you an invoice and update your download quantity after receiving payment.
Q: How long will it take to see portraits from my session?
A: I have a 2-3 week turnaround time. You will receive your online gallery via email.
Q: When should I schedule my photos?
A: So many answers to this question! I have a 2-3 week turnaround time from the time we capture your memory, to the emailed gallery. If you need the images for an event, gift, etc, I suggest scheduling them at least 3 weeks in advance. Maternity photos are best captured between 32-36 weeks to ensure a bump and you feeling your best! (You can go into labor 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after your due date, so this gives us the best chance to capture that baby bump!) Newborn photos are best scheduled 10 days after your due date. Babies come when they want! The best newborn photos are taken when the baby is less than 2 weeks old. If you have the baby early, we can adjust our session to be within the first 7-10 days after birth!
Q: How do I book?
A: I require a $50 nonrefundable retainer to book services. This reserves your day so that I can focus all my energy on YOU and your memories. You can fill out a form on my Contact page, and I will be in touch with you! If you already know I'm the gal for your memories, send over your $50 retainer and I will be in touch with you to talk details of your session! Q; When is payment due?
A: The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session. I will email you an invoice to complete. Any a la carte items, such an prints, can be purchased after you receive your gallery.
